What is Schoology?
Schoology (pronounced school-o-gy) is an online tool that manages curriculum, assessments, grading and other classroom management tasks and is also a communication platform for educators and students in K-12.
Parents, you will create an account that is linked to you child’s account. When you log in, you will see a Facebook-like interface that links you to our Athenian Academy Schoology Portal.
This tool is an integral part of how teachers design and implement their lesson plans, assignments and grades. Teachers use it to post updates to their class and communicate with parents. Parents are able to see what their children are working on and have access to their grades through Schoology. Parent, student, and staff resources and information are now located in Schoology, which is accessed through a login on our website’s homepage.
Schoology Mobile App
Schoology also has a convenient mobile app that can be downloaded and used on mobile phones, tablets, and iPads! This app can be found in the Google Play and iTunes stores.
